Open🌿 Parks Issue
I would like to ask why dogs are prohibited on the waterfront (Sailor’s Memorial) after 10am? This is one of the nicest walkways - why are dog owners being penalized? Please advise. With thanks - Anne Marie Abraham paul@acacanadian.com
