Illegal signage

Illegal sign posted on HRM property, affixed to metal posts in the ground and potentially secured with cement. Sign states was installed by 4197847 Nova Scotia Ltd Bruce Wood, CFO of Atlantic Road Construction and Paving (ARCP), apparently as part of his ongoing pissing contest with the Municipality.
