Broken and dangerous utility pole

There is a telecomms utility pole that has been smashed at it's base and is about to fall at any moment of further impact or strong wind. It has no power lines on it so NS power were not interested in my report. I tried Eastlink and they said they will have a look but if it doesn't belong to them, they won't repair it, nor will they try to contact other providers to report it! This has been broken for over a month. It's structurally compromised and unsafe. Civic Address numbers attached to the pole are: 3130 and 3114 in Prospect road, whites lake. It looks like someone crashed into it over a month ago and likely never reported it.
