Excessively loud vehicles

Every night cars or motorcycles go back and forth barrington to hear the “echo” of their exhausts or loud vehicles off the surrounding buildings. This issue keeps me awake or wakes me up every single night without fail and I am so tired of it as I’m sure others are as well! They are obnoxious and careless individuals who have no cares about others who have to live in these buildings. I have recently had to move here to attend school but if I had my pick I’d be anywhere else! I hate living here regardless and this just puts the cherry on top. The no sleep is ruining my productivity everyday and as a student this is NOT okay! I’m not sure what has to happen here but something definitely does! Absolutely not cool and these people should not be allowed in these streets anymore (or have their license taken away) I am begging for a solution so my life can go back to normal before I go insane. Thanks
