Illegal dumping of commercial/industrial garbage

Bruce Wood, CFO of Atlantic Road Construction and Paving (ARCP), has permitted the illegal dumping of commercial garbage causing a danger to the public. Nature of garbage is a large piece of wood (illegal sign) and several pieces of metal, rusted and showing sharp edges, posing a risk to the public. Location is a public pathway/park.
