Street water running in driveway

In August the section of street in front of our house was repaved. Grading was improperly done, we know have a large pool of water approximately 20' long by 3' in width that sits across our driveway. Safety concern if this doesn't get resolved before winter, it will freeze and create a large section of ice. Canada Post mailbox is beside driveway, residence pull up to the mailbox and drive through the water, if this turns to ice it will be unsafe to have vehicles in our driveway or for people to be in driveway. Also concerned with the freeze/thaw causing pavers in driveway to be destroyed. I have made numerous calls to 311 requesting someone to contact me and let me know when this can be repaired before winter.
